The Well Center, LLC is looking for experienced, licensed clinicians to join our growing team.
These are W2 positions with benefits.
Currently, we are accepting applications for:
A LPC, LPCA, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist who has a current SC License with at least 2 years of outpatient mental health experience.
Full time employees are required to complete 22 billable sessions per week and the compensation package includes health insurance benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, 401k plan with company match, and money towards continuing education. Competitive, above average pay for the Upstate SC area is being offered. Bonuses are given for sessions above the required number and the bonus is paid out in the same pay period the sessions are performed. Clinical supervision for LPCAs is included.
We are also accepting applications for part time employment. A minimum of 12 billable hours per week is required.

Your schedule is flexible. We offer hybrid positions providing virtual and in-person services.
